We're excited to announce that VBS 2024 is July 8-12, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. On Friday, July 12, we will extend until 12:30 p.m. to enjoy ice cream immediately following VBS. The cost is free. Preschool children (ages 3-4) and children entering kindergarten through entering 6th grade are welcome to join us for the fun!
Online registration will be open April 1 - June 30. In-person registration will be available July 8-12.
Bring a friend bonus! Encourage your child to invite a friend. If a friend pre-registers and attends VBS, your child and friend will receive something special.

Emergency Contact Information
In keeping with CDC Guidelines, all Westminster Baptist VBS leaders and student helpers are no longer required to wear masks while in our facility. However, VBS workers may choose to wear masks if they desire. In addition, all children attending VBS are not required to wear masks or social distance inside our building. Children who are sick or have a fever must remain home until they are well or have had a COVID test, whichever is relevant. To promote a healthy environment, hand sanitation stations are located throughout our building.

Medical / Liability Release
In the event of an emergency, and the parent cannot be reached, I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, do hereby authorize adult volunteers of Westminster Baptist Church as agent(s) for the undersigned, to consent to any medical or surgical care advisable by any accredited physician or surgeon in an approved emergency clinic or hospital. I likewise authorize VBS trained nurses to administer basic medical care such as applying band aids when deemed medically necessary. I affirm that all medical and emergency contact information listed at registration is accurate to the best of my knowledge. I further release from any liability Westminster Baptist Church and any of its ministries, leaders, or volunteers in the event of an accident before, during, or after Vacation Bible School. This agreement does not apply to claims for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
