We're excited to announce that VBS 2026 is July 13-17, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. On Friday, July 17, we will extend until 12:15 p.m. to recognize winners of the Missions contest immediately following VBS. The cost is free. Children entering Pre-K (age 4 by Sept 1) and children entering kindergarten through 6th grade in the fall may join us for the fun!
Online registration will be open March 4-July 4. In-person registration will be available July 13-17.

Medical / Liability Release
To promote a healthy environment, children who are sick with any communicable disease, fever, rash, vomiting, diarrhea, etc. must remain home until they are well. Please see the list of illnesses on our website and recommendations for treatment.
In the event of an emergency, and the parent cannot be reached, I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, do hereby authorize adult volunteers of Westminster Baptist Church as agent(s) for the undersigned, to consent to any medical or surgical care advisable by any accredited physician or surgeon in an approved emergency clinic or hospital. I likewise authorize VBS trained nurses to administer basic medical care such as applying band aids when deemed medically necessary. I affirm that all medical and emergency contact information listed at registration is accurate to the best of my knowledge. I further release from any liability Westminster Baptist Church and any of its ministries, leaders, or volunteers in the event of an accident before, during, or after Vacation Bible School. This agreement does not apply to claims for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Westminster Baptist Church values the privacy and safety of our children and families. As a matter of policy, the church does not use photography or videography for online, social media, or promotional purposes.
Photography or videography may be conducted by individuals authorized by Westminster Baptist Church solely for the purpose of creating internal highlight videos to be shown during church services and kids ministry events as a celebration of the event. These images or recordings will not be published online, distributed publicly, or used for commercial purposes.
To protect the privacy of all participants, leaders, volunteers, parents, guardians, and attendees are asked not to take photographs or videos during designated events.
By signing below, I, as the parent or legal guardian of the minor named, grant Westminster Baptist Church permission to capture and use my child's image or likeness only as described above. I understand that no names or identifying personal information will be associated with my child's image.
I hereby release and hold harmless Westminster Baptist Church, its staff, volunteers, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or liability arising from the authorized use of my child's image as outlined in this policy.
I understand that this consent may be revoked at any time by submitting a written request to the church, and that revocation will apply to future use only.
